Lumitis Green Technologies Pvt Ltd ( LGT) extends a warranty of 2 Years ( 24 months) from the date of purchase of the product for design, workmanship & Material., LGT warrant their products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of time to be stated for each product. If a product is determined to be defective, LGT will at it's option repair, replace, or issue store credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. LGT does not pay incoming freight on warranty claims.
?The limited warranty does not cover abuse, cosmetic damage, or damage due to nature, acts of God, misuse, negligence, or disassembly or modification of any part of the product. The limited warranty does not cover damage due to the failure to follow proper installation and operating procedures, in addition to the following reasons: Loss of or damage to the product due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident, or electrical current fluctuations. The LED Light and it's suppliers, are not responsible under any circumstance for the removal of or reinstallation of any product, nor for the expense accumulated thereof.
?THIS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS THE SOLE REMEDY AVAILABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OF A PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Should a client wish to pursue a warranty claim occur due to defective operation, materials or workmanship, Lumitis Green Technologies Pvt Ltd will rectify the issue in accordance with our warranty statement.
In the event that goods need to be returned for repair or replacement, the following procedure shall be followed:
1) Contact Lumitis Green Technologies Pvt Ltd at the earliest possible opportunity by mail ( or call@ 8655277330 with following minimum information:
a. Fitting type & Description
b. Customer name, date of purchase & invoice no.
c. Quantity purchased & quality issues
2) Subsequent to the Company抯 response, the defective goods may have to be shipped to the Service Centre at purchaser抯 cost & LGT reserves the right to rectify by means of repair, exchange or replacement wholly at our own discretion. The decision for method of rectification will take place after inspection of the product.
3) Where damage is alleged to be caused during delivery to the customer the incident must be reported in writing within 3 days after delivery.
4) All cost associated with the return of goods will be borne by the customer.
